Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of PR experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical services sector
  • Proven track record of delivering successful PR campaigns and securing media placements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to distil complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging messaging
  • Familiarity with PR tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Cision, Meltwater)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute PR campaigns that showcase innovative, patient-focused solutions like membership plans and financing options
  • Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare media, journalists, and influencers to secure impactful press coverage
  • Develop press releases, media pitches, blog posts, and thought leadership articles that align with the mission to support equitable healthcare access
  • Craft consistent, engaging messaging to amplify the value healthcare providers offer to their patients
  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and use insights to enhance PR strategies and campaigns
  • Measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns using analytics tools, and provide actionable reports for improvement
  • Address sensitive or urgent issues with professionalism and strategic communication
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure PR strategies align with broader business and marketing goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of trends in healthcare access, financing, or patient membership solutions is a plus
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift
