Candidate Experience Coordinator

Requirements

• Previous coordination experience or relevant work/on-campus experience in recruiting, events, support or operations role
• A bias to action and are organized, flexible and adaptable
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem solving skills; you can think creatively when challenges arise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (our company language is English); sense of humor a plus!

Responsibilities

• Act as the candidate’s champion to ensure they have a positive interview experience at every stage of the hiring process
• Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews across all Salsify offices in partnership with TA Partners and hiring teams
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling process
• Support employer branding efforts with event coordination & project management as well as light content creation and social media posts
• Support ad hoc projects that support the enablement of our recruiting team
• Learn and grow; you will actively seek to extend your knowledge and expertise in areas that are critical to this role. This means we expect you to take ownership and bring ideas to the team to enhance experiences that will make a difference
