Capture Manager

Summary

Join Agile Defense as a Strategic Capture Manager to lead the capture lifecycle for top opportunities. This role requires executing capture milestones, collaborating with business development assets, and leading gate review presentations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong track record of winning large programs ($300M+) within the DoD and Federal Civilian markets. A Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in strategic capture are required. This is a remote or hybrid role.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 15+ years experience in Strategic Capture across DoD and FEDCIV
• Strong Technical and Financial Acumen
• Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Execute capture milestones in support of assigned pursuits
• Work with BD assets to execute call plan and customer engagement activities
• Lead Gate Review presentations
• Develop gap analysis and teaming strategy
• Work with Solution Architects to build differentiated solutions
• Work with Pricing and PTW to achieve target price
• Risk management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience spanning the DoD and Federal Civilian customer markets
