Capture Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Capture Manager and play a critical role in identifying and securing successful bids. Lead the capture process for key opportunities, collaborating with business development, proposal teams, and technical experts. Develop and execute capture plans, analyze competitive positioning, and engage key stakeholders. Manage the pipeline, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate knowledge sharing. Define and implement winning strategies, establish best practices, and drive execution for organizational growth. This position requires strong strategic thinking, project management, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years of experience in capture management, business development, or government contracting
• Ability to assess market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence to inform capture strategies
• Strong ability to organize, lead, and execute multiple capture efforts simultaneously
• Experience in working cross-functionally with BD, technical teams, and proposal managers to drive capture success
• Ability to evaluate data, conduct market research, and synthesize insights into actionable strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate win themes, competitive positioning, and capture plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and project management tools
