Summary
Join Cartwheel, a company building a mental health program for children, as a Care Coordinator. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for students and families, guiding them through their care journey. This role is central to care delivery, working directly with students and families and coordinating the interdisciplinary care team. The position requires experience working with families and a passion for helping underserved communities access mental health services. It's a full-time, remote position offering competitive compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in a school or healthcare setting, but this is not mandatory.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating directly with kids and/or families and helping them feel welcome, respected, and informed
- Excellent organization, communication, multitasking and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and desire to join an early-stage, rapidly-growing organization
- Passion for helping historically underserved communities access mental health services
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Working hours, Mon-Fri 12-8 pm MST
Responsibilities
- Educate students, families, and school staff on Cartwheel's services
- Manage scheduling for Cartwheel's care team, working directly with Cartwheel's clinicians, students, and families
- Gather feedback from students and families, and work with Cartwheel's leadership team to improve Cartwheel's services
