Requirements
- Associates degree required
- 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, front desk or related experience required
- Previous experience using a CRM, EHR and/or tracking database required
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally among departments and teams
- Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently
- Ambitious, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas
- Looking for a challenging opportunity to help build the operations of a growing business
Responsibilities
- Work closely with patients to understand their needs and help to find them the best care based on their medical condition
- Coordinate physician referrals for patients who need to see specialists (i.e. cardiology, OBGYN, internal medicine, urology etc.) inside and outside of the Sollis medical partnerβs network
- Coordinate requests for private nursing, hospice, and other external care needs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other disciplines involved with care of the patient to foster a coordinated approach to care planning
- Prevent delays in patient care by communicating barriers to leadership for resolution and trending
- Research and facilitate connections with new medical partners, healthcare facilities and services as needed
- Update patient records in our Athena Health and CRM (Salesforce)
- Send medical records as needed to our patientsβ physicians
- Provide a high-quality patient experience to all Sollis Health members
- Partner with Sollisβ sales and operations team to suggest process improvements and care coordination
- Perform related duties as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and above strongly preferred
- Previously have worked in operations within an urgent care practice, concierge physician office, medical dept or hospital division strongly preferred
Benefits
Range: $25-$35 per hour
