Carrier Relations Manager

Summary

The job is for a Carrier Relations Manager responsible for ensuring Vonage has the best network connectivity to meet customer needs. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, building new connectivity with carriers and partners, and maintaining strategic relationships with key carrier partners.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Carrier Relations and an ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience leading complex commercial projects involving extended virtual teams
• Knowledge of the cloud communications industry, and API business
• Excellent communication skills - communicating at all levels, including external conferences on behalf of Vonage
• Broad knowledge of how the market is regulated, operated, and managed
• Experience working directly with Carriers (CSPs) globally
• Fluent in English language skills

Responsibilities

• Create, own, and lead the plan for global international coverage ensuring Vonage has the best connectivity products and services to meet our customers' needs
• Collaborate with CSP project teams, business development, sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to fully understand the market requirements
• Build new connectivity with Carriers and Partners across network services and next-generation API's
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key carrier partners
• Position Vonage as the partner to work within the carrier community through industry engagement thought leadership and partnership
• Alignment and collaboration with Vonage legal team to sign agreements with CSPs
• Work with the Vonage Product Team to develop new API operating models
