Summary

Join HubSpot as a Partner Specialist and contribute to the growth of the HubSpot Solutions Partner Programme. You will identify, source, and close partnerships, leveraging consultative selling skills to manage inbound leads and build your own pipeline. This role involves selling HubSpot's software and inbound methodology, guiding prospective partners on improving client acquisition and retention. You will create a robust pipeline of leads, dissect partner business goals, and present HubSpot's solutions effectively. Success requires closing deals above quota and collaborating with marketing and technology teams. The position offers flexibility to work in-office, remotely, or in a hybrid model from Ireland, the UK, France, or Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Create a large pipeline of leads and opportunities through a combination of outbound and inbound strategies to identify, recruit, and develop prospective high value partners through a defined reseller acquisition process
  • Dissect a partner's business goals and help them develop a better plan for achieving them
  • Become an expert at presenting how the inbound methodology and HubSpot's software can help a partner improve the fundamentals of their business
  • Close new business at or above quota level by identifying partners who are willing to invest both time and money in leveraging our software and training
  • Work with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

  • If you join our broader Product team, you’ll also attend other in-person events such as HubSpot’s annual PEER week, your Product Group Summit, and other in-person gatherings to continue building on those connections
