The ideal candidate has experience in channel enablement, partner programs, or sales enablement, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT solutions. Requirements
- Experienced in channel enablement , partner programs, or sales enablement , preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT solutions
- Skilled in content development and can translate technical topics into actionable partner playbooks
- Comfortable delivering training, both live and recorded, for broad consumption
- Data-driven with a strong understanding of partner-driven sales performance metrics, particularly within VAR and GSI sales models
Responsibilities
- Program Management: Own and execute channel enablement initiatives, including partner champion programs, to enhance platform education, adoption, and engagement across VARs and GSIs
- Curriculum & Content Development: Create, rebrand, and refine enablement materials, playbooks, and training content in collaboration with channel engineering and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with VAR and GSI partner priorities
- Training Delivery: Conduct live and recorded training sessions to scale learning and empower partners to drive cyber resilience solutions in the market
- Business Impact: Drive measurable improvements in partner effectiveness, contributing to increased sales, deal flow, and overall business growth across VAR and GSI partner networks
