Summary
Join Vanta's Partnerships team as a Channel Manager for the NAMER region and manage a portfolio of channel partnerships, driving broader Vanta deployment. Collaborate with partners to qualify opportunities, facilitate co-selling, and enable their teams. Develop strategies to generate pipeline, build strong partner relationships, and provide regular updates on progress. This role requires 4+ years of software/SaaS experience, excellent teamwork skills, a customer-focused approach, and understanding of IT service providers. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working within software/SaaS
- Excellent cross-functional team player that can execute and can contribute to strategy
- Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment
- Customer focused approach
- Experience in operations, with an ability to help create and organize business processes and systems
- Understanding and experience with IT Service Providers and the IT Channel
- Ability to travel as needed for partner events and conferences
Responsibilities
- Develop the strategy and tactics to generate pipeline via a book of channel partners
- Collaborate with channel partners to qualify all registered opportunities
- Facilitate co-selling between your partners and our AE team to drive net new ARR
- Enable and train key team members within Vanta channel partners
- Direct a one-to-many approach to developing business within the region
- Build one-to-one relationships with key partners across North America
- Manage your book effectively, providing regular updates on pipeline generation progress and pacing
- Maintain updated records for your book in salesforce
