Summary

Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO in a similar executive finance leadership role in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem solving skills - Healthcare experience a plus and experience in Medicare/reimbursement or familiarity with Medicare a plus
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead an effective finance team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all company stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate financial data and metrics, with a deep understanding of finance analytics and tools
- Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong business acumen and financial acuity, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making
Responsibilities
- Drive the companyโs financial strategy that aligns with the companyโs overall goals and objectives
- Lead and manage the finance team and outsourced accounting team
- Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement the companyโs overall business strategy
- Create and manage a financial plan and budget, allocating resources effectively
- Analyze and evaluate financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and risk mitigation
- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, tax, audit, compliance, and treasury
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including investors, lenders, and vendors
- Ensure financial policies and procedures are in place and adhered to
- Control and evaluate the companyโs fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the companyโs operations
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with external commercial bank loan

Experience in fundraising and M&A is a plus
