Summary

Join Soda as a Chief of Staff Intern and work directly with the CEO and COO on high-priority projects and company-wide initiatives. You will operate across strategy, operations, and execution to help the company stay aligned and move faster. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The internship involves supporting critical initiatives, owning cross-functional workstreams, building templates and dashboards, documenting decisions, improving internal communication, and supporting cross-functional operations. Requirements

  • Ruthless attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high responsiveness
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Fast learner, quick to pick up new tools and workflows
  • Proactive and independent, not afraid to push back when needed

Responsibilities

  • Support critical initiatives like pricing launch, investor updates, and product milestones
  • Own cross-functional workstreams that cut across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Ops
  • Build templates, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms
  • Document decisions, follow-ups, and key results
  • Help improve internal comms, planning, and coordination
  • Evaluate, test, and implement tooling to support scalable growth
  • Help align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success systems (e.g. CRM, marketing automation)
  • Coordinate lead and account routing logic with Marketing and SDRs
  • Support quarterly planning and retrospective efforts with clean data and insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
  • STEM or engineering background, or interest in AI/data
  • Prior startup, tech sales, or fast-paced work experience
  • Business, economics, or related academic background
