Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or similar roles, with a proven track record of executing high-impact initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and market research methodologies
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges and propose innovative solutions

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the finance department
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the finance team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's long-term objectives
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and risks
  • Support the CFO in identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration processes
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to foster business development and expansion
  • Assist the CFO in developing and implementing the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with FPA to conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support decision-making, including profitability analysis, cost management, and investment business cases
  • Gather external reports to understand market, peer and competitor trends, metrics and efficiencies
