Summary

Join Driftrock, a leading automotive marketing platform, as a Client Partner to manage key customer accounts and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing marketing plans, and identifying commercial solutions. This fully remote role requires at least 3 years of experience in digital media and a passion for automotive marketing. You will work closely with the Customer Success team and platform partners to ensure client success. Requirements

  • Demonstrate results in driving revenue growth, solving problems, and the sales lifecycle
  • At least 3 years experience in digital media for a media agency, in-house marketing team, publisher or at an ad tech vendor
  • Superb communication skills for internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • A detailed understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • You should enjoy working with technology and discovering new tools
  • An organised and structured approach to managing clients
  • Comfortable in a fast‐paced and constantly evolving startup environment
  • Remote experience and capable of working autonomously
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at our key customers and agencies
  • Work with customers and their agencies to develop high-level marketing plans, driven by a deep understanding of their goals, technical challenges, best practice and market trends
  • Working closely with the Customer Success team, understand the business, goals and challenges of our customers and help them succeed
  • Identify problems and offer commercial solutions that drive the best results for our existing customers and assist with new business
  • Maintain and build key relationships with platform partners like Meta, Google, Auto Trader and Snap to help our customers succeed
  • Stay informed and drive innovation as a thought leader in digital media and automotive, contributing to content and speaking events
  • Work with our Product and Engineering teams to help develop technology that further enhances what we do for customers and their audience

Preferred Qualifications

  • A passion for marketing and experience in automotive are highly desirable
  • Additional European languages are preferred
