Summary

Join LTK's Strategic New Business team as a Client Partner, Mid Market, and spearhead the acquisition of high-value enterprise-level accounts. This remote role (with 25% travel) requires a high-energy sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will identify, engage, and close deals with enterprise brands seeking to leverage LTK's influencer marketing platform. The ideal candidate possesses a consultative sales approach, strong business development skills, and experience in digital marketing, media, or advertising. This impactful role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with internal teams. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in digital marketing, media, or advertising
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a hunter sales role
  • Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market brands and retailers in the e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital media, and social commerce
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Self-starter mentality with a hunger to win and drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new enterprise brands and retail partners, building a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts, leveraging industry insights to create compelling outreach strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand business needs, and present customized influencer marketing solutions that drive brand growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure—meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Establish trust with key decision-makers, articulating the value of influencer marketing in driving brand awareness and sales
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing strategies to advise potential clients effectively
  • Work closely with internal teams (strategy, marketing, and account management) to ensure a smooth transition from sale to activation
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
  • Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals that showcase the power of LTK’s platform
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and insights into key trends shaping client needs
