Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in digital marketing, media, or advertising
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a hunter sales role
- Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market brands and retailers in the e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital media, and social commerce
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Self-starter mentality with a hunger to win and drive revenue growth

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new enterprise brands and retail partners, building a strong sales pipeline
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts, leveraging industry insights to create compelling outreach strategies
- Conduct discovery calls, understand business needs, and present customized influencer marketing solutions that drive brand growth
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure—meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Establish trust with key decision-makers, articulating the value of influencer marketing in driving brand awareness and sales
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing strategies to advise potential clients effectively
- Work closely with internal teams (strategy, marketing, and account management) to ensure a smooth transition from sale to activation
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals that showcase the power of LTK’s platform
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and insights into key trends shaping client needs
