We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our Employer clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, successful LetsGetChecked solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships, identifying program success metrics, and achieving program and expansion goals.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of account management experience, ideally within the health tech sector
  • Preferred experience managing accounts in the healthcare system, clinical or wellness solutions, and digital health industries
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Exceptional program management skills
  • Ability to apply effective discovery skills to uncover client needs and feedback
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally in a growth environment and adapt to fast changing needs
  • Good level of understanding of Salesforce
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strategic account oversight supporting consultative selling techniques with health plan clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Manage expectations internally and with the client in order to ensure a successful client partnership
  • Experience with technical integration facilitation and methods

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationship from contract execution through lifetime with LGC
  • Build strong relationships within assigned clients, and develop a deep understanding of clientsโ€™ business operations, business objectives and challenges
  • Achieve client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth goals with your assigned accounts
  • Facilitate regular engagements with your assigned clients, including weekly calls, business reviews and periodic site visits
  • Partner with Sales & Implementation to seamlessly onboard clients
  • Communicate with day to day program managers and engage with client leadership, engaging LGC subject matter experts as needed
  • Manage client expectations on program scope. delivery timelines, incident management, optimization opportunities, etc
  • Drive growth through additional tests, services and populations
  • Develop and manage client business/account plans, communicate benchmarks and milestones and continuously monitor and evaluate progress and effectiveness of tactics
  • Understand and manage internal OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), key performance indicators (KPIโ€™s), Individual objectives and track and report out on a weekly basis
  • Forecast accuracy and regular updates via SFDC
  • Ensure client understands value (ROI) of LGC through relationship management, Business reviews & reporting
  • Drive participant utilization in collaboration with patient engagement and other internal stakeholders as appropriate
  • Work with internal partners to meet the clientโ€™s reporting and analytics needs
  • Partner with Client Success Managers, where applicable, to ensure all client deliverables and needs are met
