Summary

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and maximizing product value. This role combines customer success management with implementation expertise, guiding clients through detailed onboarding and change management. You will collaborate with various teams to address client needs, improve product usage, and enhance satisfaction. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role
- Proven ability to drive product adoption, manage client relationships, and deliver value-based solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide data-driven insights
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they successfully onboard, adopt, and maximize the value of our product
- Lead implementation efforts, working closely with clients to configure solutions that align with their business goals
- Proactively manage client relationships, enabling full product adoption, minimizing risk, and driving long-term engagement
- Develop and execute tailored success plans to optimize client ROI and efficiency
- Provide ongoing training, support, and best practices to drive client satisfaction and deep product utilization
- Collaborate with account management and sales to identify expansion opportunities and support cross-selling efforts
- Partner with product and engineering teams to advocate for clientsโ needs and provide actionable feedback for platform improvements
- Monitor and analyze client data to ensure optimal usage, identify trends, and recommend strategies for increased adoption
- Solve complex business challenges by leveraging a deep understanding of both financial and technical systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a SaaS or startup environment
- Strong background in financial technology or enterprise-level tech companies
- Experience with client success platforms such as Gainsight and HubSpot
