Summary

This role requires excellent communication and time management skills, along with experience in crisis management. You will be working a night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 12 am - 8:30 am PST). Requirements
- Masterβs degree in clinical social work or equivalent
- LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure
- Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting)
- Must be a full time resident of the United States; work cannot be completed from outside the United States
Responsibilities
- Manage crises, providing in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues
- Ensure client safety
- Connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities
- Provide actionable feedback for internal teams
- Think critically about our care model
- Adapt quickly to new protocols
- Make significant contributions to process improvements
