Clinical Care Navigator

Summary

Join Lyra Health as a Care Navigator and make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions by providing crucial telephone support to clients facing complex behavioral health issues. You will manage crises, ensure client safety, and connect individuals to high-quality care. This role requires excellent communication and time management skills, along with experience in crisis management. You will be working a night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 12 am - 8:30 am PST). Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent
• LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure
• Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting)
• Must be a full time resident of the United States; work cannot be completed from outside the United States
