Responsibilities

• Full Recruitment Lifecycle Ownership: Take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process for contractors and part-time Dieticians at Foodsmart
• Develop and Implement Strategies for Converting Contractors to Full-Time Employees
• Evaluate and Improve Conversion Tactics: A/B test employment models and recruitment strategies to determine an approach that yields improvements in contractor to full-time conversion rates
• Positive Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring that candidates feel valued and well-informed about Foodsmart's culture, mission, and opportunities
