Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience for clinical roles
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing candidate outreach campaigns
• Expertise using sourcing and engagement channels to access and attract hard to reach candidates
• Self-motivated with an unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills to include influencing others and relationship management
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, displaying a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
• Proficient at using various recruitment tools and platforms (preferably Lever)

Responsibilities

• Full Recruitment Lifecycle Ownership: Take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process for Foodsmart
• Lead proactive sourcing strategies: Identify and engage sources of top Registered Dietitian talent across multiple channels
• Develop and Implement Outreach Campaigns: Engage in creative outreach efforts to drive candidate interest and increase the quality and quantity of applications
• Refine Marketing Messaging and Lead Campaigns: Evaluate and refine recruitment marketing, ensuring our messaging is clear and compelling
• Positive Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
