Summary

Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Collection Specialist to join our growing team.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Collections
• General computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Good administrative and organizational skills and ability to manage stress
• Skilled in negotiation
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone and email to collect past-due invoices
• Communicate with Sales to advise when customers are placed on credit hold
• Interact with various departments to resolve customer issues
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
