Summary

OKX is a digital asset exchange and blockchain ecosystems company seeking an experienced business development professional to lead commercial activities in the UAE. The successful candidate will develop and execute a commercial strategy, formulate revenue strategies, manage relationships with key clients, and build strong alignments between various business areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Crypto or Traditional Finance sectors, with a significant portion in a leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space
• Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data and indicies
• Understanding of the UAE crypto and finance regulatory environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in the UAE that aligns with business growth objectives
• Formulate revenue strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offering of OKX in UAE
• Lead our partnership work in UAE through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
• Manage relationships with key clients in the UAE ensuring positive customer experience
• Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance and other related business areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic speaker
• Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
• Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto space
