Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit communications, engagement and marketing activities
- Experience with project and process management
- Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other tools) and video editing skills
- Experience using Salesforce, iContact (or other email marketing tools), and Pardot (or other marketing automation tools)
Responsibilities
- Produce weekly member-only newsletter
- Draft original content; source and curate content from members, partners and media
- Design and deliver newsletter through USDN communications channel
- Update and maintain USDN.org with new material, events, and announcements
- Manage LinkedIn account to include developing and coordination of content calendar
- Support the Communications team with program-specific efforts

Familiarity or interest in the knowledge and content needs of professionals in the fields of local government, sustainability, climate change, resilience, and racial equity
