Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in communications management or a related role, preferably within a corporate environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Experience with media relations and a solid understanding of the media landscape

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and mission
• Create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and the company website
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, guiding all media engagements and press inquiries
• Manage crisis communication and ensure the organization’s reputation is safeguarded
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed
• Organize and oversee events, press conferences, and media briefings to promote the company's initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with media professionals, industry partners, and stakeholders
