Summary

Aptos Foundation is hiring a remote Community Operations Associate to support their Head of Community. The role involves monitoring community metrics, facilitating events, and providing updates to the Head of Community. The ideal candidate has experience in community management or a similar role, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in using tools like Notion.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse teams
• Highly proactive and able to identify new opportunities for improvement without being prompted
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track community metrics and growth, interpreting data to understand community trends
• Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports for weekly and monthly community insights
• Collaborate closely with Regional Community Managers to ensure seamless planning and execution of community events
• Facilitate introductions and connections between CMs and ecosystem projects for event organization
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Community, enabling them to offer strategic guidance and direction efficiently
• Track and report on community OKRs to align with overall organizational goals
• Work closely with the Aptos Collective manager by tracking ambassador engagement and related metrics, then using this data to provide weekly and monthly reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
• Experience with community engagement in a tech or startup environment
