Summary

Join Axiom's People team as a Compensation Manager and design, manage, and analyze global compensation programs. You will ensure alignment with business strategies, establish salary bands across geographies, and conduct comprehensive pay data analyses. Collaborate with Talent Partners on performance reviews and work with the Recruitment team to maintain market competitiveness. Prepare compensation reports, support payroll operations, and assist the Chief People Officer with the equity compensation program. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation management, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position is fully remote but requires being based in and working from Northern Ireland.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation management, demonstrating expertise in analysing and administering global compensation programs
  • Experience supporting pay programs in the United States required
  • Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to build models and interpret large datasets effectively
  • Extremely detail oriented; obsessed with accuracy and consistent, on time delivery
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations peer HR team members, cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment which requires managing multiple stake-holders simultaneously and ongoing
  • Strong written presentation skills (Powerpoint, etc)
  • Experience with Workday HRIS or similar
  • Located in Northern Ireland, with the right to work in the UK (we are open to fully remote working but you must be based in and working from Northern Ireland)

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage our global business team compensation programs (annual bonus plan, short-term incentives, spot bonus etc.), ensuring alignment with our business strategies and goals
  • Establish and maintain salary bands across multiple geographies, aligning them with company objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive and ongoing analyses of both internal and external pay data, analysing market trends and workforce needs, and creating competitive and equitable compensation structures
  • Work closely with our Talent Partners (HRBPs) to support annual performance and pay review processes, as well as assisting the team with ongoing decisions that concern Compensation (business changes, peer parity reviews etc.)
  • Take market insights from the Recruitment team to ensure we proactively address market trends and remain competitive in attracting top talent
  • Work with the wider People and Finance team to model and budget for compensation reviews for salaries and bonus
  • Deliver compensation reports and maintain essential documentation to ensure compliance with diverse regulatory requirements
  • Support the continuous process of data collection, validation, and preparation for global payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in payroll operations worldwide
  • Support Chief People Officer directly in administering the Axiom equity compensation program, including running analyses to support decision-making and presentation development for the Board of Directors Compensation Committee, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting pay programs in the UK/Europe, Asia preferred
