Summary

Grant Leading Technology is seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop, plan, and manage acquisition and construction projects for their FAA contract. The role involves analysis duties along with scheduler tasks, requires 5 years of scheduling experience, a B.S. in Construction Management or Business, proficiency in P6 or Microsoft Projects, and the ability to work East Coast hours.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years ’ of applied scheduling experience
• B.S. in Construction Management or Business or relevant degree
• Must know ORACLE PRIMAVERA P6 and Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communicator- able to manage up, able to interact and collaborate with peers and customers
• Good written communication
• Proven critical thinking and analytical skills
• Must live in the United States and be willing to work East Coast hours

Responsibilities

• Utilize scheduling software (P6 or Microsoft Projects) to develop and maintain project schedules
• Interact with key stakeholders including PM. Take meeting minutes and take action on meeting agenda items
• Develop scheduling basis of estimates and other supporting documentation (maintain and update ground rules and assumptions)
• Prepare Master program scheduling
• Estimate contract time and determination for multiple projects
• Establish and manage risk associated with the project
• Establish reporting metrics and KPIs including look-ahead scheduling, critical path
• Develop schedule management plans in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
• Prepare and present schedule reports for executive management
• Conduct delay analysis and what-if scenarios including disruption claims
• Schedule analysis and progress completion verification
• Conduct construction phase scheduling
• Integrate external fragnets into project schedule
