Summary

Requirements

  • Skilled writer with strong editorial judgment and the ability to adapt voice and tone across formats and audiences
  • Curious and creative, with a passion for experimenting with AI tools — paired with critical thinking to synthesize and simplify outputs into clear, compelling messages
  • Data-aware and driven by results, able to use performance insights to refine content strategy and execution
  • Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally to connect dots across teams and deliver high-impact content
  • Adaptable and proactive, ready to pivot, test, and evolve with changing needs of the team, business, and customers
  • A “Swiss army knife” who’s excited to work across formats, functions, and ideas

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep empathy for our buyers and stakeholders to understand their fears, hopes, and opportunities, and use this knowledge to educate and influence them throughout their journey
  • Partner with analytics, demand gen, sales, and product teams to test messaging and experiment with new content types
  • Use data to empower continuous improvement
  • Be the steward of the story. Write and produce blogs, thought leadership assets, web copy, videos, newsletters, and more with messages that educate, inspire, and convert
  • Guide the buyer journey. Create content that meets prospects where they are, from first click to closed-won — tailored by channel, persona, and intent
  • Partner with experts. Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to turn trends and market signals into standout content that elevates our expert voice and sets us apart from generic, AI-generated copy
  • Lead campaigns. Work across teams to shape and run integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results
  • Focus on measurement. Use data to guide content strategy — tracking performance, SEO impact, and pipeline contribution to double down on what works
  • Experiment often. Embrace AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and content creation, while helping to scale those wins across the org
  • Grow fast. Expand your strategic and creative range on a team that values clarity, innovation, and bold thinking in a rapidly evolving category

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B content marketing/editorial background
  • Strong portfolio of full-funnel and thought leadership content
  • Experience contributing to or leading integrated campaigns

  • Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $99-$115k USD per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location
