Summary

Join Alatus Solutions as a Content Marketing Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy. This fully remote, contract position (30-40 hrs/week, 3-month contract with potential extension) offers a competitive hourly rate ($60-70/hr). You will be responsible for strategic content planning and management, content creation and curation, digital channel management, and content performance analysis. The ideal candidate possesses extensive content marketing experience, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency with various content management systems and tools. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B content strategies within the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Demonstrated experience developing B2B content strategies for professional services
  • Strong understanding of healthcare or related professional services industries
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
  • Proficiency with WordPress, content management systems, and SEO best practices
  • Experience with social media management and automation tools
  • Working knowledge of Canva and basic design principles
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into content strategy
  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar with clear content themes, campaigns, and promotional schedules
  • Establish content workflows, standards, and governance processes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Manage content resources efficiently, including internal team members and external vendors
  • Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content including blogs, articles, ebooks, and online magazine content
  • Develop business-oriented content tailored to small healthcare practice owners and administrators
  • Create coherent story arcs and content series that build audience engagement over time
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all content assets
  • Leverage AI tools appropriately to enhance content creation workflows
  • Manage content distribution across website, email, and social media channels
  • Implement and optimize WordPress-based content systems
  • Develop social media content strategies and utilize automation tools effectively
  • Create and manage visual content using Canva and other design tools
  • Ensure seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for content initiatives
  • Analyze content performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics
  • Identify optimization opportunities based on audience engagement data
  • Stay current on content marketing trends and best practices
  • Recommend new content approaches based on industry developments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to dental/medical practices or healthcare professionals
  • Background in business, marketing, or healthcare administration
  • Familiarity with AI content tools and their appropriate applications
  • Experience producing long-form content (ebooks, guides, white papers)
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and nurture campaign development
  • HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform experience
