We're building Emi, an AI recruitment assistant, and seeking a Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the Mexican B2B market. This hybrid role in CDMX requires a marketing content generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can contribute strategically and tactically. You will be responsible for content strategy, creation, and optimization, collaborating with other teams to achieve business goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, preferably within the B2B sector, focusing on the Mexican market. Being comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with the ability to switch between strategic and hands-on tactical tasks on the fly is expected
  • Native or fluent in Mexican Spanish with strong writing and editing skills; proficiency in English is required
  • Proficient in content management systems (Hootsuite, Descript, CapCut, LinkedIn platform), SEO tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics). Experience and know-how leveraging AI platforms in the process creation process and prompt writing (ChatGPT, etc)
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and self-manage projects

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a content strategy that aligns with Emi Labs' goals in the B2B Mexican market, focusing on high-volume recruitment challenges and solutions
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for all platforms to ensure timely delivery across all channels, aligning with other marketing campaigns and client and product updates
  • Produce, edit, post, and oversee high-quality content, ensuring cultural relevance and engagement for the Mexican B2B market. This includes creating and posting case studies, multimedia content (including video snippets), social media updates, blog posts, whitepapers, and reports
  • Utilize SEM best practices to edit copy on the website, enhance content visibility, and drive organic traffic and leads. Conducted keyword research specific to the Mexican market and integrated findings into content planning
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement rates and web traffic, to inform future content strategies and improvements
  • Work closely with customer success, product, and sales teams to ensure content supports Emi’s overall business goals: lead generation, brand awareness, relationship advancement, and sales enablement efforts. The ability to manage projects cross-functionally with input from other teams is expected
  • Proactive support of other marketing initiatives as needed, including events, basic design, and demand generation efforts and campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of design (Canva) and HTML/web publishing is advantageous (Webflow)
