Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, J.D., or paralegal certificate is a plus but not required
• 3+ years of experience in contract management in the technology industry
• General understanding of SaaS business models and related contracting issues and processes

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, draft portions of MSAs, purchase orders, and NDAs, complete vendor forms and other ancillary customer documentation
• Analyze issues in and prepare responses to RFPs and RFIs
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of playbooks and legal processes, particularly those relating to contracting
• Respond to emails from Darktrace’s sales team and other Darktrace employees in a thoughtful and timely manner
• Organize, populate and maintain contract files and repositories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient negotiation and execution of contracts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
