Summary

Join our team as an eCommerce Product Manager and leverage your expertise in product management, growth, and product analytics to drive significant improvements in key metrics such as Conversion Rate (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Revenue Per Visitor (RPV). You will own website performance, ideate and execute A/B tests, design and develop e-commerce experiences, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development. You will be responsible for managing a CRO roadmap, optimizing subscription flows, and reporting on key performance indicators. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in eCommerce CRO, Shopify Plus expertise, and a proven track record of success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on CRO and eCommerce experience, ideally with DTC brands or agencies
  • Shopify Plus expertise: Familiarity with liquid coding, themes, and Shopify ecosystem apps
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and a track record of creating customer-first eCommerce experiences
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, and heatmapping tools (e.g., Hotjar)
  • Experience managing a CRO roadmap, including A/B testing, iterative design, and sprint planning
  • Ability to design and prototype using tools like Figma or Adobe XD, with light coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Proven history of optimizing subscription flows, upsells, and post-purchase pages
  • A data-driven approach, with strong analytical skills and confidence in using Excel/Google Sheets to guide decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Own Website Performance: Oversee Shopify website, focusing on site optimizations, marketing launches, and day-to-day maintenance to meet and exceed KPIs
  • CRO Test Ideation & Execution: Plan and execute A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and other CRO strategies to improve CVR, AOV, and user experience across PDPs, Cart, and Checkout flows
  • Design & Development: Create mockups and wireframes using design tools (e.g., Figma) and implement front-end changes using custom Shopify coding (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript). This includes landing page builds for paid media and retention channels
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and heatmaps to analyze site performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable solutions
  • Subscription Optimization: Launch new subscription products and implement strategies to increase take-rates and upsells. Familiarity with platforms like SKIO is a plus
  • Site Testing & QA: Build, test, and deploy experiments, ensuring changes are rigorously QA’d and optimized for both desktop and mobile users
  • Merchandising Strategy: Strategize product placements, upsells, bundles, and promotions to maximize revenue
  • Collaborative Ideation: Work with growth marketing, design, and customer success teams to align on new opportunities, user feedback, and site priorities
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly track and report on key metrics, including site speed, bounce rates, add-to-cart rates, and testing impact
