Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, trends, and competitor analysis
  • Craft a winning US sales network by prioritizing key retail partners, identifying potential buyers, and collaborating with brokers
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for retail sales in the US
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry influencers
  • Manage wholesale operations and distribution channels, including working with 3PL warehouses
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the US market to elevate brand awareness and cultivate consumer engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs, optimize strategies and ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives
  • Lead sales efforts to secure placements in both large and small retail stores

Preferred Qualifications

Plus point if you have experience or familiarity with the shave/depilatory product category and its market dynamics
