Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or any other related fields
• Work experience in e-commerce / online sales industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with clients and partners
• Demonstrated passion for assisting clients in resolving intricate business and marketing challenges

Responsibilities

• Drive and take full responsibility for business success in Germany
• Explore and grow new business channels in Germany to grow sales
• Develop and implement a comprehensive local business strategy
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with media entities and business partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the overall business model and localize the sales funnel for the local market
• Engage with clients to enhance their user experience and satisfaction
• Explore the most suitable marketing channels for the German market and seek out new opportunities
• Collaborate with internal Performance Creative and Media Buying teams to enhance the quality of content and optimize advertising campaigns
• Uphold the organization's stellar reputation across social media platforms
• Oversee local PR initiatives and campaigns
• Offer valuable feedback and industry insights
