CPQ Software Specialist

Join Unit4, a fast-growing cloud company revolutionizing ERP software, as a CPQ Software Specialist. You will support, optimize, and enhance our Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems using DealHub. This role involves collaborating with Sales and RevOps, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and acting as a subject matter expert for DealHub. Responsibilities include administering and configuring DealHub, supporting end-users, monitoring system performance, and managing role-based permissions. You will also contribute to training initiatives and support large-scale CPQ projects. Responsibilities

• Administer and configure DealHub CPQ to meet the evolving needs of the business
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to gather requirements and implement changes to pricing models, product catalogs, workflows, approval processes, and templates
• Ensure seamless integration of DealHub with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP systems, and other business platforms
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for DealHub CPQ, supporting end-users and providing troubleshooting assistance
• Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and implement enhancements or fixes as needed
• Support training initiatives by creating documentation, conducting user training sessions, and onboarding new users
• Manage role-based permissions, data governance, and compliance requirements related to CPQ processes
• Partner with vendors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to support large-scale CPQ projects and system upgrades
• Provide data and reporting support for quote-to-cash performance and sales process analytics
