Summary

The job is for a Business/System Analyst in Kyivstar.Tech, a hybrid IT company subsidiary of a large Ukrainian telecommunications operator. The role involves formulating backlogs, gathering and analyzing documents and specifications, creating requirements specifications, automating business requirements, managing the life cycle of requirements, preparing demo materials, conducting UAT, and ensuring project success.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in business/system analysis
• Experience in gathering and managing the life cycle of requirements
• Experience in writing functional requirements, technical, project documentation: BRD, SRS, APISPEC, Adminguides
• Knowledge of UML notation for modeling functional requirements
• High communication skills and ability to conduct interviews
• Visualization and presentation skills for stakeholders
• Understanding of principles of building and experience working with relational / non-relational databases (Oracle, MariaDB, MongoDB), knowledge of SQL (select / insert / update / delete)
• Experience using tools: Confluence, Jira, GIT for managing requirements, Postman, SQLDeveloper for analysis
• Understanding and experience with data exchange protocols (REST/JSON/XML/SOAP/Websocket)
• Experience writing technical, project documentation: BRD, SRS, Admin guides
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with NoCode or LowCode solutions for building automation with AI
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes (Jenkins)
• Experience providing consultations on the possibilities of using AI for business needs
• Experience optimizing ML models for productivity, scalability, and reliability of solutions
• Experience working in Telecom
