Summary

Join Autohero's international CRM team and help shape the mobile user experience of their fast-growing online used car shop. You will play a key role in building the app CRM foundation and driving adoption through data-driven campaigns and automations. Responsibilities include owning and optimizing app-first CRM journeys, partnering with product and tech teams, developing personalized omni-channel strategies, and planning and delivering CRM campaigns. You will collaborate with the Marketing Intelligence team to define reporting needs and track user behavior and CRM performance metrics. The ideal candidate possesses experience in CRM or mobile marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, curious mindset. Fluency in English is required, while Spanish or French is a plus.

Requirements

  • Experience in CRM or mobile marketing – ideally in e-commerce or app-based environments
  • Hands-on experience with push, in-app, and email campaigns , and a clear sense of what drives engagement
  • A data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills – you let KPIs and insights guide your work
  • The ability to identify reporting needs and collaborate with analytics teams – you know what data is available, what to ask for, and how to turn insights into action
  • A proactive, curious mindset – you challenge the status quo and seek continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English is a must; Spanish or French as a native language is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize app-first CRM journeys : push notifications, in-app messaging, and cross-channel flows
  • Partner with product and tech to implement mobile touchpoints and trigger logic within the Autohero app
  • Develop and execute personalized omni-channel strategies that engage, convert, and retain users
  • Plan and deliver CRM campaigns – supported by dedicated design, analytics, and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Intelligence team to define reporting needs and ensure you have the right insights to guide CRM strategy
  • Track user behavior and CRM performance metrics to test, learn, and iterate (e.g. via A/B testing, segmentation, automation)
  • Launch and scale new messaging channels such as WhatsApp or RCS across the CRM ecosystem
