Remote IT Business Development Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Business Development Specialist and take part in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and providing high-level quality service to well-known IT companies. As a key member of the team, you will research prospective customers, conduct meetings, handle email correspondence, and work collaboratively with other departments to optimize sales efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in business development is a must
• Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada and similar
• Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market
• Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking)
• Experience in conducting Discovery calls
• Have successful closed deals
• Excellent communication skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner
• Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments, and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts
• Out of the box thinking with the desire to explore creative ideas proactively

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms
• Conduct meetings with clients
• Handle email correspondence with the prospects
• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs
• Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Provide consistent, accurate, and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management
• Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
