Summary

Join Experian as a CRM Program Manager and lead the strategy and execution of email, push, and SMS campaigns focused on driving acquisition, engagement, and retention of subscribers. You will develop strategies, manage daily campaign operations, and measure campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators. Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver personalized customer experiences and leverage data-driven insights to enhance strategies and achieve measurable results. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of email marketing campaigns, reporting on campaign performance, collaborating with various teams, optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis, and facilitating multi-channel digital communication programs. The position reports to the Online Marketing Director. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
  • Experience within financial services or a subscription-based business environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Experience providing email marketing programs at the enterprise level
  • Understand campaign performance metrics and translate data into applicable insights

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end strategy of email marketing campaigns designed to increase traffic, engage with new partners and encourage conversion ensuring our customers are engaged throughout their lifecycle
  • Own main metrics of campaign performance to understand initial performance, identify new opportunities and test new assumptions and hypothesis
  • Work with analytics team to present and share out findings that could be impactful to other teams
  • Work with all contributors within the broader Experian ecosystem to ensure CRM campaigns align with product launch milestones, main performance goals, and ongoing programs
  • Develop an understanding of existing email segmentation strategies, creative repository, and industry best practices
  • Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and other main engagement metrics
  • Use segmentation and audience analysis to tailor messaging for maximum impact
  • Help coordinate multi-channel digital communications programs, ensuring understanding of our goals and customer needs
