Join our energetic team in a fast-growing startup as a CRM Specialist to drive user engagement and retention across our portfolio of mobile apps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years in CRM roles, specifically within the mobile app industry working with push notifications and in-app messaging
• Experience using mobile analytics tools such as Firebase, App Store Connect, or OneSignal to track user behavior, segment audiences, and generate reports
• Understanding of the iOS platform, including App Store guidelines, user behavior, and Apple’s marketing tools
• Strong understanding of retention, engagement, and user lifecycle management in mobile apps
• Familiarity with CRM automation tools, A/B testing, and user segmentation, particularly in mobile apps

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategies for mobile apps
• Design and execute CRM campaigns focused on iOS apps, leveraging email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging to enhance user retention and engagement
• Optimize user engagement within the iOS ecosystem
• Drive mobile app retention efforts
• Collaborate with product and design teams
• Monitor and report on campaign performance
• Lifecycle marketing for app users
• Experimentation and A/B testing
