Summary
Join Landed as an experienced CRM Specialist with a deep understanding of HubSpot's platform. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing HubSpot CRM, with proven expertise in configuring and optimizing its features
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles within the HubSpot ecosystem
- Proficiency in creating workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and driving business success through CRM optimization
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize HubSpotβs CRM system to support marketing, sales, and customer service operations
- Develop and implement workflows, automation, and integrations to enhance CRM efficiency and align with business objectives
- Manage and maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date customer data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to generate actionable insights and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM processes support lead generation, tracking, and conversion efforts
- Train and support team members on CRM best practices, ensuring optimal system usage and adoption
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within HubSpot, implementing solutions to minimize disruptions
- Stay informed about new HubSpot features and updates, proactively recommending and implementing enhancements
- Communicate CRM insights, progress, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams
