Requirements

  • Be a Commercial or civil engineer, publicist or professional of related careers
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM, Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics or Marketing areas
  • Operate office software such as Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the CRM and/or CEP exploitation strategy using platforms like Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
  • Monitor channel acquisition and retention KPI targets
  • Co-own the journeys in CRM along with the D&A Specialist and MarTech Specialist
  • Coordinate content, design, and basic and advanced asset building guidelines for campaigns
  • Maintain a global view of all CRM initiatives and projects and possess operational capability to increase acquisition and retention results
  • Manage own media initiatives and campaigns, mainly Email, Push and SMS
  • Share insights and learnings with the Paid Media, Content, Design and other teams
  • Report to Content and Design teams for Always On and Spot campaigns
  • Define first source audiences in conjunction with Data & Analytics
  • Lead experimentation initiatives in conjunction with Product and other areas
  • Lead A/B Testing in own channels in conjunction with Content & Design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Salesforce Trailblazer certification
  • Possess knowledge in digital marketing strategies
  • Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email & Mobile)
  • Have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud- Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Have experience with Email Marketing
  • Have experience with SMS & WhatsApp Marketing
  • Have advanced usage of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Have knowledge of SQL
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Have knowledge of Python
