CRM & User Lifecycle Intern

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in a business school or equivalent, ideally with a focus on Marketing
• At least 6 months of experience, preferably in Marketing within a startup environment
• Fluent in French and comfortable with both written and spoken English
• Passionate about digital marketing
• Make decisions based on data-driven insights
• Strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and eager to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user journeys with personalized touchpoints across various communication channels (push notifications, email, in-app messaging)
• Track and analyze CRM campaign performance, identifying insights to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates
• Support ongoing A/B testing of campaign elements (e.g., subject lines, content, timing) and help refine strategies based on test outcomes and user behavior insights
• Work with the content creation team to draft and curate effective messages for CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with Joko's brand voice and user engagement goals
