Requirements

• You are native in Spanish and English (C1-C2)
• You bring 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support or a customer-facing role, ideally in a tech company
• You have strong communication skills across channels: phone, email, and live chat
• You are customer-centric, ready to go the extra mile, and find creative solutions for our users
• You are a team player and develop strong working relationships, collaborating well with your peers and stakeholders
• You are eager to constantly learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
• You thrive in fast-paced environments which require a strong level of ownership and a ‘hands-on’ mentality

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of support on Live Chats and e-mails to our network of restaurants using Choco
• Help our restaurants in understanding the Choco App and how to place orders successfully
• Assist our vendors in managing incoming orders while offering a great experience to their customers
• Troubleshoot integration-related issues with our premium vendors
• Monitor order transmission failures and ensure they are successfully received and processed
• Process administrative requests from both our customers and internal teams
• Closely collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Implementation Management to offer the best user experience to our customers
• Improve the efficiency of our processes and tools and launch initiatives to improve the quality of our service
