Customer Marketing Expansion Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, life-cycle management, or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer expansion strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer leads to the Account Management team to build pipeline and achieve goals across a multi-product software company
• Improve reporting for pipeline delivery, clearly defining sources and tactics that boost upsell motions
• Build partnerships with the Account Management leadership team to provide campaign visibility and capture input to fully support the team in realizing their quota
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify processes, ensure a unified approach to customer engagements and improve upsell conversion rates
• Execute marketing strategies to drive customer growth and product expansion within the customer base

• The salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $85,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus
