Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on client or account-based marketing
- Business fluent English is mandatory
- Strong understanding of marketing and analytics tools, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Figma, and Wordpress
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting client-focused messaging
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with sales or customer success teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Managers to develop and execute campaigns that drive client retention, expansion, and satisfaction
- Create and implement marketing programs that support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal efforts, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals
- Develop toolkits, collateral, and resources that enhance the buyer journey and help clients implement TaskHuman solutions seamlessly
- Design and execute client-focused email campaigns, social media initiatives, and digital marketing efforts tailored to current accounts
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve strategies and drive measurable results
- Conduct market research and monitor trends to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth
- Write, proofread, and edit compelling marketing materials across various formats, ensuring all content aligns with TaskHuman’s brand voice
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and sales, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives
