Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on product marketing and sales enablement materials
- Previous experience creating product pitch decks and marketing materials is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, translate insights into action, and measure success
- Comfortable with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, and various presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across departments to align strategies and execute campaigns
- Must be able to handle complexity while driving outcomes efficiently
Responsibilities
- Focus primarily on the development of pitch decks to support sales and customer engagement
- Analyze customer insights, data, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience
- Create and manage messaging for AccuWeather's services and solutions
- Collaborate with product, sales, and business teams to develop customer-focused messaging, case studies, and success stories highlighting AccuWeather's impact
- Assist with app store optimization for AccuWeather's iOS and Android apps
- Work with internal teams to implement marketing campaigns and bundles for B2B (AccuWeather For Business) and B2C offerings and partnerships
- Manage content strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints, including presentations, brochures, and digital experiences
