Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years, B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success developing cross-selling and up-selling campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic cross-selling and up-selling plans to maximize revenue and reduce churn of existing customers
  • Work with product marketing to tailor product recommendations that enhance the customer experience and satisfaction
  • Work cross-departmentally with customer sales executives and customer success managers (Advisors) to understand customer needs and identify sales enablement marketing needs
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results
  • Conduct outreach to customers for case studies and customer references, coordinating all necessary elements
  • Support overall marketing department with tasks including, but not limited to, setting up Gong flows, creating and sending campaign emails, and creating landing pages
  • Organize and execute webinars, lunch & learns, and customer group demos, including managing zoom questionnaires, website updates, email builds and sends, Salesforce campaigns, and collaborating with Revenue Operations on marketing automation items
  • Own G2 and Capterra presence, including sourcing reviews and strategizing on leveraging these relationships
  • Support product marketing and partner marketing initiatives, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Monday.com, Gong, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar technologies
