Summary

The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level position within the Inside Sales Department that handles general customer service calls/emails, works with various teams, processes orders, and attends daily sales meetings. The role requires at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, comfort with using computers and Microsoft Office, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Customer Service field
  • University/College degree an asset
  • Professional and outgoing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be comfortable with using computer and Microsoft Office on a daily basis
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Effective time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer General Sales phone line regarding order status or warranty questions and either assist as needed or direct to Inside Sales Coordinator if outside of CSA responsibility
  • Field RMA warranty requests and process/send RMA paperwork via email to LSI representatives or end-users
  • Send Order Acknowledgements to LSI Representatives and/or end users
  • Send Tracking Information to LSI Representatives and/or end users
  • Assist Inside Sales Coordinators with maintaining company MRP/CRM database
  • Attend daily sales meetings and training programs
  • Provide excellent customer service to any customer or rep contacting LSI
  • Enter and process sample fixture order for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives
  • Field and organize order expedite requests
  • Process Quick Ship Orders
