Customer Service Representative in Taiwan

Summary

This job is for a Customer Service position at Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange. The role requires proficiency in Chinese and English, with a preference for additional Asian languages. The employee will handle customer enquiries, complaints, and identification approval processes 24/7. A college degree or above is required, along with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.

Requirements

• College degree or above
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is mandatory. Additional Asian languages will be advantageous
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry
• High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous. A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
• Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation
• Passionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts, including night shift

Responsibilities

• Handle back office tickets and provide 24/7 online enquiries and email replies services to customers
• Handle customer enquiries, advices and suggestions via email or online tools
• Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advices, and provide feedback in the form of documentation
• Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Language proficiency certificates will be advantageous
• Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency
